Pick a decorative board, a sprayed colour or a lacquered veneer. Enter your sizes, choose where the hinges go, and we cut the door on the CNC, finish it, bore the hinge cups and deliver it wrapped and labelled.

Decorative board, edged
Any of the 688 Egger, Kronospan and Swiss Krono boards, cut on the CNC and edge-banded on all four sides to match. The fastest route and the toughest finish.
MDF, sprayed any colour
Flat slab doors in Medite MDF, primed and sprayed front and back in any Farrow & Ball, Little Greene or RAL colour. Matt, eggshell, satin or gloss.
Oak veneer, lacquered
Real wood veneered MDF in crown cut or quarter cut oak, walnut or ash, sealed with a clear satin lacquer so the grain shows through.
From prices are for a 597 × 715 mm door with two hinge cups bored, before delivery.
Pick the material

Type the sizes
Width and height in millimetres, 18 or 22 mm thick. We check them against the sheet and the machine.
Set the hinges
Left or right, how many, and where. We suggest positions for the height and you can move them.

Handle holes, a glass aperture, a J-pull groove on MDF doors, or tell us what you need. The price is on screen the whole time.
Need something the builder doesn’t cover?
Angled tops, arched doors, matching drawer fronts, unusual thicknesses, a colour matched to a sample you post us. Add it as a bespoke request and a joiner prices it within a working day.
