Beyond the builder
Anything the door builder can’t draw, a joiner can. Add these from the builder’s notes box or send a sketch. Each one is priced by hand within a working day and added to your order before we cut.
Angled or sloping tops
For under-stairs and loft cupboards. Give us the height at each side and we cut the slope on the CNC, edged or sprayed to match.
Arched and shaped doors
Full arch, part arch or any outline you can draw. Send a sketch with sizes, or a template, and we nest it from the same board as the rest of the job.
Matching drawer fronts and panels
Drawer fronts, end panels, plinths and fillers cut from the same sheet so the grain runs through. Add the sizes as a cut & edged or sprayed board and mention the door order.
Grain direction and bookmatching
Horizontal grain across a run of doors, or bookmatched pairs on veneer. We plan the nest so the pattern continues door to door.
Colour matched to your sample
Post us a painted sample, a tile or a fabric swatch. We match it, spray a test panel and photograph it against your sample before we spray the doors.
Odd thicknesses and two-tone
25 or 30 mm slab doors, a different colour on the back, or a sprayed front on a decorative-board carcass colour. Tell us and we’ll say what’s possible.
Something not on this page?
Describe it in the builder’s notes or email a sketch. If we can cut it, edge it, spray it or lacquer it, we’ll quote it. If we can’t, we’ll say so straight away.
