What we do
Two product lines, one workshop

Decorative board, cut and edged
Egger, Kronospan and Swiss Krono boards nested and cut out on the CNC to your exact sizes, then edge-banded to match on the HOMAG edgebander, labelled and wrapped.

MDF and veneer, cut and sprayed
Medite MDF cut to size and sprayed a colour in the booth, or oak, walnut and ash veneers sealed with a clear lacquer so the grain shows. Labelled and wrapped the same way.
03
Doors, bored and ready to hang
Any of those boards as a flat slab door with 35 mm hinge cups bored on the CNC, handle holes if you want them, and hinges supplied loose in the box.

Width, height, quantity, grain, and which edges to band or which faces to spray. The price updates as you type.

We check, then cut
A joiner reads every cut list before anything is cut. We nest the pieces, cut, edge or spray, label and wrap.

A family joinery business, rooted in South East London
For over twenty years our family has been making things from wood: fitted furniture, kitchens and bespoke joinery for homes across London and the South East. Cut and Spray grew out of that workshop, so you can order the same cut, edged and sprayed boards we use, finished and ready to fit.
