Standard is 100 mm from the top and bottom edges, the rest evenly spaced. Auto count: 2 hinges up to 900 mm high, 3 to 1600, 4 to 2000, 5 above that, plus one for a heavy door. 35 mm cup, 22.5 mm in from the hinge edge.
