Who we are
Cut and Spray London is a trading name of a family joinery business based in South East London. [Add the legal trading name, address and, if registered, the VAT number here before launch.]
Prices and payment
Prices are calculated by the online tools from the board, cut list and finish you enter and are shown before you pay. Card payments are taken by Stripe; your card details never touch our site. If you choose to send an order request instead, nothing is cut until we have confirmed the price by email and payment has been received.
Prices are shown as entered by the workshop. Delivery is charged as shown at checkout.
Made to measure, checked before we cut
Everything we make is cut to the sizes you give us. A joiner reads every cut list before anything is cut and will email you if something looks wrong, but we can only work from the numbers you enter, so please double-check your sizes, edges and colours.
Because the boards and doors are made to your sizes they cannot be returned or refunded once cut, unless they are faulty or not what you ordered. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Colours and materials
Sprayed colours are mixed from the paint maker’s reference. Screen colours are a guide only; we can post a sprayed sample on request. Decorative boards are supplied as made by the manufacturer and batch variation is possible between orders.
Turnaround, collection and delivery
Typical turnaround is 7–10 working days from confirming the order. Collection is from our workshop at South East London by arrangement. Van delivery is kerbside on a day we agree with you; please check the boards on arrival and tell us about any transit damage within 48 hours.
Privacy
We collect your name, contact details, delivery address and order details only to make and deliver your order and to answer your questions. Payments are processed by Stripe under their privacy policy. Your basket is stored in your own browser until you check out. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else, and we do not run advertising trackers on this site.
