A family joinery business, rooted in South East London

For over twenty years our family has been making things from wood: fitted furniture, kitchens and bespoke joinery for homes across London and the South East. Cut and Spray grew out of that workshop, so you can get the same cut, edged and sprayed boards we use, finished and ready to fit.

From our bench to your project

We started as a small family joinery shop, taking on whatever the neighbourhood needed: a set of alcove shelves here, a fitted wardrobe there. Two decades on, the same family still runs the workshop, now with a flatbed nesting CNC that cuts every piece out of the sheet, a HOMAG edgebander, and a 45 m² spray booth for factory-smooth finishes.

Along the way we noticed how many capable people could fit beautiful furniture themselves, if only someone would cut the boards properly, band the edges or spray them to a professional standard. So that’s what we do: you send the sizes, we do the workshop work, and you assemble it at home.

Every order is treated like it’s going into our own house: measured carefully, finished by hand where it matters, and checked before it leaves the workshop.

Decorative boards are cut, edged, labelled and wrapped. MDF is cut and sprayed a colour; veneers are cut and lacquered. Then everything is labelled with your piece names and wrapped for the van.
